Has it really been 5 months?!!?

Good grief!  It seems that the older we get, the faster time likes to move.

Not fair at all!

So, what has happened since last Fall?

Let's see... several outings to some superb shows, a trip or two, or three to London, a tear-jerking surprise visit from family & friends, a new crib, a first time in Ikea, warmer weather, an amazing acquisition... oh, and an adventurous try at growing my own veg AND baking from scratch.  My white pizza is not as good as the one in my old home NYC, but hey, it's a start!

That's just a bit of an overview from the highlights and happenings.  So now what?  How about I share some pictures with you?

 This first, is of my first Autumnal trip to merry old England for the 2009 season. I was there to visit my cousin D and to have an all girlie weekend to celebrate my friend V's Hen Night/Bachelorette Party.

So now, what about the shows, right?

I am embarrassed to report that Ash was the last show of 2009 for us.  The gig itself was bloody amazing and it transported us to our teens in the 90's --- Yes, we could be considered old by some people.  It was a true 90's revival with a mosh-pit and crowd-surfer included.  The other show that we've gone to is Brendan Benson, but I was retarded enough to leave my ex-trusty camera at home (it's broken now after 7 years of service) and the few shots I gathered from way back in the room, are so ridiculously blurry, I rather not share just out of pure embarrassment.  Sorry folks! Now, if only this link works so that you can capture some of the sounds of Ash I was able to cover, that'd be brilliant; let me know if it works or not!

Oh shingles, it's time to go back to some boring Hausfrau chores.  I hope to post more shots taken over the last 5 months for your enjoyment.  Just pray that I don't grow busy and lazy yet again!
