I had forgotten Mr. Gnome!

Yes, this is one of the main things from yesterday's list that must be proven.  Everywhere I went in the U.S. people would point, smile and say: "Dude, that's the Travelocity gnome!"
To those of you that thought this and pointed in delight as if you were witnessing the second coming of Jesus, I've got some heart-breaking news for you: This is NOT such celebrated gnome.  This guy has a German mother and this was  his first time on that side of the pond.  I'm not about to use my vacation time on advertising some company that's not paying me any money either (though I think it fair enough to post their link so that the people outside of the US reading this, can know what in the world I am talking about)
